Creative Child Therapy Workshops (CCTW) is located in Melbourne, Australia, and is committed to protecting the privacy of our website visitors and mailing list subscribers.

In order to subscribe to our mailing list and register for the free resources on our website, you will need to consent to providing your email address, first name and your state and country. If you choose to subscribe to our list, you may receive emails from us which include free resources or articles relevant to therapy work with children and families, as well as marketing information about our workshops and books for mental health clinicians and other therapists who work with children. We use your name and location to personalise the emails and send information relevant to your location. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose. If you wish to cease receiving these emails from us, you may let us know either by email or by clicking the unsubscribe link and we will action your request immediately.

We do not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We will never knowingly share any of your information with any third party except the necessary information required by service providers who assist us in providing the information and/or services that we are providing to you, or if required by law.   • Analytics: We will monitor traffic to our website with a view to helping us understand what services are of interest and may use Google Analytics or Facebook pixels for this purpose.

We use the “visitor action pixels” from Facebook Inc (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or, if you are based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”) on our website. This allows user behavior to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, which is why we are informing you, based on our knowledge of the situation. When CCTW no longer requires your personal information CCTW securely destroys the information and deletes it from its systems.

You may request access to any of the personal information CCTW holds about you. CCTW will, on written request, provide you with access to the personal information CCTW hold about you, unless there is an exemption which applies under the Privacy Act. Please note that no information will be provided without you supplying us with suitable identification.

Your request for access will be dealt with in a reasonable time. CCTW may charge you a fee to cover the reasonable cost of retrieval and the supply of the information to you.

If CCTW refuses your request for access, it will provide you with reasons for the refusal.
