It has been a fantastic opportunity to update my knowledge in such a beautifully practical way. The face to face courses were filled with so many practical strategies that you could take and use in your practice immediately and the online courses so professionally made and engaging, perfect for allowing to you review what you learnt by watching it again. Their courses are a must do for any professionals working with young children, so full of engaging and fun activities the children and parents/carers you work with will love participating in. The activities make you think outside the box of how you could apply them to your child work across different age ranges and having the accompanying books to take away helps consolidate how you then go on to use the strategies in your practice. “Reflecting on my scholarship experience with Creative Child Therapy Workshops, I can confidently say it has been a transformative journey for my practice as a school counsellor with the Department of Education. While I’ve had extensive training in talk therapies with teenagers, I often found these approaches didn’t quite resonate with the younger children I work with.
